Can I place an order without visiting the store?

Yes, although we currently don't have an online shop, you can place your order by contacting us via email, Instagram, or Facebook.

How do I know my size?

We can determine your exact size if you provide us with the following measurements:
- Bust circumference at the fullest point
- Waist circumference at the narrowest point
- Hip circumference at the widest point

Do you ship dresses to other cities and countries?

Yes, we ship throughout Sweden and Europe. We also ship to many other countries worldwide. Please contact us for more information.

How long does delivery take?

If the item is in stock, the delivery time is approximately 2-3 business days from the date of payment. Otherwise, the delivery time may vary depending on the type of dress and production time.

How can I find out the price of a product?

By sending us a message via email, Instagram, or Facebook, you can reach us directly and get answers to your questions through personalized service

How do I pay online?

You can pay via Swish or to our bank account.

Do you offer invoice or installment payments?

We currently do not offer invoice or installment payment options.

Do you have a return policy?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for items purchased in-store. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy for items ordered online, starting from the day you receive the item. The exchange policy does not apply to items specially ordered for the customer.

Do you require appointments?

We do not take appointments and only offer drop-in visits during our regular opening hours:
- Wednesday-Friday: 14:00 - 18:00
- Saturday: 12:00  - 17:00

Can I reserve dresses?

We only reserve a dress if a 30% deposit of the total amount is paid. The deposit is non-refundable if you later decide not to purchase the dress.

Do you rent dresses?

We do not rent dresses; we only sell them.

What products do you offer?

Follow us on Instagram and Facebook to see a large part of our selection! We post pictures and videos of new arrivals, sale items, etc., almost daily.

Do you have a phone number I can reach you at?

No, we only offer contact via email, Instagram, or Facebook. You are also welcome to visit our store for assistance.
